U11-U12 Camp Details
Ability Level - All levels of players are welcome
Will take place indoors at a gym or on field depending on date of camp
Water Bottle, and Light snack is encouraged
Equipment - Athletic Shoes, Appropriate Clothing, Shin Guards

10 min - Dynamic Warm-Up & Ball Mastery: Footwork, coordination, neutral thinking intro
15 min - First Touch & Passing Precision: Control, accuracy, communication, self-talk
15min - 2v2–3v3 Mini Game Tournament: Creativity, decision-making, confidence
15min - Free Play Scrimmage (4v4/5v5): Application, freedom, fun
5min - Cool Down & Reflection: Stretching, mindset recap, positive reflection
