U11-U12 Camp Details

  • Ability Level - All levels of players are welcome

  • Will take place indoors at a gym or on field depending on date of camp

  • Water Bottle, and Light snack is encouraged

  • Equipment - Athletic Shoes, Appropriate Clothing, Shin Guards

Sample Schedule

  • 10 min - Dynamic Warm-Up & Ball Mastery: Footwork, coordination, neutral thinking intro

  • 15 min - First Touch & Passing Precision: Control, accuracy, communication, self-talk

  • 15min - 2v2–3v3 Mini Game Tournament: Creativity, decision-making, confidence

  • 15min - Free Play Scrimmage (4v4/5v5): Application, freedom, fun

  • 5min - Cool Down & Reflection: Stretching, mindset recap, positive reflection
